You Can Make a Difference in a Student’s Education This Year



Support United Way’s efforts to ensure children in Greater Cincinnati are ready to learn.



Success in life begins with a quality education, so United Way is committed to ensuring all children are prepared to learn. This year, our goal is to provide 3,000 students with backpacks and school supplies. Your support will ensure that students and families get the supplies they need to be prepared for the first day of school.



Backpacks are distributed at community events hosted by our organizing partners.



How to Help:

• Host an Assembly Event: Purchase supplies and assemble backpacks on your own

 o Drop off backpacks at United Way (2400 Reading Road) Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. by July 24

• Assemble Backpacks at United Way (2400 Reading Road) on July 17, 21, or 22



Follow these easy steps to get involved:

1. Click the blue “Sign up” button near the top right of the page to begin the registration process.
2. Choose an option that works for you and follow the prompts to reserve your spot.

Volunteers are also needed to purchase items online from our Backpacks for Success virtual product drive. Purchase items by July 3.
