Raffle tickets are $100 for one (1) entry or $250 for three (3) entries. All raffle proceeds benefit United Way of Greater Cincinnati. The winning ticket will be selected at random on October 5, 2026, in connection with the altafiber Golf Outing. Winner does not need to be present to win and will be notified using the contact information provided at time of entry. Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, volunteers or other individuals directly involved in the administration of the raffle or the selection of the winner are not eligible to participate. All other individuals, including employees of participating or supporting organizations who are not involved in administering the raffle or drawing, are eligible to participate.

Winner must be 18 years of age or older and reside within 50 miles of 45202 for complimentary delivery. Winner is responsible for transportation outside of this area. Winner is responsible for arranging and taking possession of the playhouse no later than October 26, 2026. United Way of Greater Cincinnati will make up to two (2) attempts to contact the selected winner. If the winner cannot be reached, does not meet the eligibility requirements, declines the prize or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

The playhouse is awarded as-is, with no substitution or cash equivalent. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes, fees, permits, HOA approvals, zoning or other costs associated with acceptance, placement or use of the prize. Playhouse is awarded for the winner’s personal, non-commercial use and may not be accepted for the purpose of resale or commercial gain. The prize may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is non-transferable prior to acceptance. 

 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible raffle tickets sold. By purchasing a raffle ticket, the entrant agrees to be bound by these raffle terms and the decisions of United Way of Greater Cincinnati regarding administration of the raffle. Raffle conducted by United Way of Greater Cincinnati, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
